The Cape Epic for me started as dream or a “nice to do one day” idea, like most things do I guess. As you know in March 2009 the dream became a reality and I did it and loved it! The dream has now become a passion that few people understand (especially chicks!). The thing that people don’t get is that you can t just get on a bike and ride this race – you spend months preparing for this and sacrifice a lot.

Besides spending long hours on the bike….

I enjoy my golf…not very good at it but still have fun! I spend a bit of time in the gym and play hockey.
